中国-朝鲜原油管道中方段流动安全性评价

Flow safety evaluation for China section of China-North Korea Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 中国-朝鲜原油管道长期以超低输量间歇输送,并在伴有河流穿越、温降较快的条件下运行,导致频繁的停输再启动,从而使得管道的流动安全性降低,因此有必要对该管道进行全面的流动安全性评价。根据该管道近3年的生产运行数据,对流量、出站温度、地温等影响流动安全性的关键参数的分布规律进行了校验,利用自动统计分析软件对采集的生产运行数据进行分析和统计,以初凝概率为指标给出了各月份的建议安全输量,并对中朝原油管道现有的允许停输时间进行了校核,给出了新的流动安全性评价结果。研究结果为中朝原油管道的安全运行提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: The China-North Korea Crude Oil Pipeline is a low throughput pipeline for a long period and crosses over several big rivers. Therefore the pipeline adopts intermittent transportation technology and has a substantial temperature drop. Because of the intermittent transportation, the number of pipeline restart is significant which has a potential side effect on the flow safety. So it is necessary to do a comprehensive evaluation on this pipeline. The operation data of recent three years, such as throughput, outlet temperature, environment temperature (these are crucial parameters for the flow safety), are collected and their distribution laws are analyzed. The developed automation software is applied in order to do static analysis for these parameters. The safety throughput for the selected month is given by using initial gelling probability as a standard. Further the maximum allowable shutdown time is validated and new results are given. The research results can be regarded as a useful reference for the safety operation of the pipeline.
