成品油混油掺混实验与临界比例计算

Mixing experiment and critical proportion calculation for contamination of products

  • 摘要: 混油处理是成品油长距离输送管道运行管理的关键环节之一。基于将混油以掺混的方式部分或全部回掺到纯净油品中的混油处理方法,以GB 17930-2006《车用汽油》和GB/T 19147-2003《车用柴油》规定的质量控制指标和测试方法为依据,结合国内顺序输送管道运行的实际情况,针对特定管道开展了顺序输送油品的掺混实验。结果表明:在柴油中掺入汽油,对掺混比例最敏感的质量项目是闭口闪点;在汽油中掺入柴油,受到显著影响的质量项目有终馏点、研究法辛烷值、抗爆指数,而终馏点的敏感性表现最突出。依据测试结果,以敏感质量项目为控制目标,推荐了生产实际可采用的临界掺混比例计算公式。

     

    Abstract: Contamination treatment is one of the key links of operation management for long-distance products pipeline. Based on the method of mixing some or all contamination back to the pure oil, according to the quality control indicators and testing methods regulated by GB 17930-2006 motor gasoline and GB/T 19147-2003 motor diesel fuel, combined with the actual operating situation of batch transportation pipeline in China, a mixing experiment of batch transportation oil is carried out for the particular pipeline. The results show that in diesel mixed with gasoline, the most sensitive quality item to mixing proportion is the closed flash point; in gasoline mixed with diesel, the significant influence on quality item is final boiling point, research octane number, anti-explosion index, and the sensitivity of the final boiling point is the most prominent. According to the testing results, critical mixing proportion calculation formula available for the actual production is recommended with the sensitive quality item as the control target.
