长输管道在线仿真系统的应用与展望

The application and futurity of long-distance pipeline on-line simulation system

  • 摘要: 基于长输管道在线仿真软件的发展历史和工业应用情况, 指出目前其在国内工程应用中存在的问题: 仿真软件未能与管道运营需求充分结合, 用户对软件的功能和维护缺乏深层次了解, 对软件的实用性缺乏有效的分析评价。长输管道在线仿真系统的核心是利用有限的状态测量值估计管道的真实状态, 提高系统的控制品质; 本质目的在于采用各种先进可靠的技术控制管道的运行过程, 真正实现管道输送过程控制自动化。结合长输管道管理的总体目标和运营特点, 提出长输管道在线仿真系统的主要研究内容是: 数据滤波器研究、状态估计研究和优化控制器研究。

     

    Abstract: Based on the on-line simulation history and its industrial application, defects of on-line simulation in domestic pipeline application are pointed out: the embedded software cannot meet the practical needs of pipeline transportation; it is hard for users to deeply understand the software function and maintenance, and it is lack of analysis and evaluation about the practicality of embedded software. Frankly, the core of on-line simulation system is to collect available operational parameters and map the realistic pipeline state to improve the operation state. The essence of on-line simulation system is to use reliable technology to control the operation process and realize pipeline transportation process automatization. Considering the total management goal of long-distance pipeline and operation characteristics, the main study directions of on-line simulation system are in data filter, state evaluation and control device optimization.
