高压输电线路对埋地钢质管道的腐蚀影响

Effects of high-voltage power line on corrosion of buried steel pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对忠武输气管道进行现场勘察, 获取了高压输电线路对埋地钢质管道交流干扰情况的基本数据。对现场采集土壤进行理化分析, 选取典型土壤介质进行室内模拟实验, 研究了管道钢在典型土壤中的腐蚀行为和交流干扰对管道钢腐蚀行为的影响规律, 得出了交流干扰环境下基于电流密度的阴极保护有效性判据并通过现场埋片和监测试验加以验证。基于理论计算模型和管道腐蚀风险交直流电流密度判据, 设计编制了管道交流干扰评估软件, 并用于忠武输气管道潜在交流干扰区域的腐蚀风险预测和评估。软件计算结果与现场实测结果基本吻合, 证明了判据和软件的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Basic data regarding AC interference of high-voltage power line(HVTL)on Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Pipeline were obtained through field investigation. Firstly, the physical and chemical properties of field soils were analyzed, then, the lab simulation experiment on steel in typical soils was carried out in order to study the corrosion behavior and the effect of AC interference on the corrosion behavior. Finally, the cathodic protection effectiveness criterion of pipeline based on current density in AC interference environment was gained and confirmed by the field coupon test. In addition, an AC interference evaluation software was developed based on the above results and the calculation model, and used to evaluate the potential corrosion risk of those pipes located at AC interference region in this pipeline. The calculation results from this software were proved by the field measured results.
