Operation and control mode selection for compressor units in central Asia gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 中亚天然气管道WKC1压缩机站具有对两路来气进行气质在线分析、过滤、计量、增压及降温输送等功能。根据长输天然气管道水力系统数学模型, 对其工艺参数进行了分析, 认为管道水力系统的运行稳定性主要取决于进站压力、出站压力和天然气流量的稳定性, 而这三者之间存在相互制约的关系。在不同工况条件下, 适时调整压缩机组进、出口压力和NGP/NGG转速, 可形成3种运行控制模式; 压缩机站通过适当选择机组控制模式, 可以有效降低压缩机站上、下游压力和流量波动对WKC1压缩机站机组运行带来的不利影响, 确保中亚天然气管道水力系统的运行稳定。

     

    Abstract: The WKC1 compressor station in Central Asia Gas Pipeline has the following functions for the two inlet lines: on-line detection of the gas quality, filtering, metering, compressing and transmission. Based on the hydraulic mathematical model for long-distance gas pipeline, the operating parameters are analyzed. It is considered that the operation stability of the entire hydraulic system is mainly depending on the stability of suction pressure, discharge pressure and the throughput. Further, these three parameters have a certain relationship among them. Under various operation conditions, by timely choosing proper control model(inlet pressure, outlet pressure and NGP(or NGG)speed of the compression unit), three control models are established. Proved by practical work in WKC1, these measures can effectively reduce the influence of the downstream and upstream pressure and flow fluctuations of WKC1 to the operation of compressor units, which can greatly ensure stability of the entire hydraulic system of the Central Asian Gas Pipeline.
