浅水海底混输管道设计压力的确定方法

摘要: 浅水海底管道工程设计参考的规范主要有: DNV OS-F101-2000, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, API RP1111, GB50253和GB50251。这些规范均未具体规定如何选取管道的设计压力, 不同观点导致设计压力的确定存在不同的结果, 因此分析了各个规范有关设计压力的定义和规定, 认为目前以管道最大操作压力或最大操作压力的1.1倍作为设计压力存在诸多局限性。以中国石油集团海洋工程有限公司工程设计院设计的海底混输管道为例, 讨论了设计压力与管道壁厚、压力开关和压力报警设定值以及增输余量的关系。建议基于海底管道的总体设计规划, 结合海底管道工艺和结构的设计结果, 合理确定海底管道的设计压力。Abstract: The main design codes for the offshore multiphase pipeline include DNV OS-F101-2000, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, API RP1111, GB50253 and GB50251. However there is no specific design pressure stated in these documents. Different points of view lead to different results in the design pressure. Therefore the current decision to use 1.1 or 1.0 times of the maximum operating pressure as the design pressure has its own limitation after analyzing the definitions and regulations in the design pressure stated in these codes. The paper discusses the relationship among design pressure, pipe wall thickness, pressure switch, the set pressure point and the reserve of throughput increase based on the designed pipeline by CNPC Offshore Engineering Company Ltd. It is recommended that determination on a design reasonable pressure should follow the general design layout combined with the structure and process design result of offshore pipeline.
