FR-1热反射节能涂料在加热炉的应用

The application of FR-1 heat-reflective coating material in heater

  • 摘要: 基于热辐射涂料存在散热损失大、易脱落、使用寿命短等缺点,研制了FR-1热反射涂料。该涂料的节能原理是:降低炉衬的黑度,减小对辐射热的吸收率,增大反射率,使炉衬具有重辐射面的性质,在传热过程中作为中介物,将烟气和火焰的辐射热完全返回到炉内。分别在中国石化广州分公司、高桥分公司、中国石油玉门油田分公司进行了FR-1热反射涂料的工业试用,并在中国石化襄樊输油处加热炉上进行实际应用,结果表明:辐射炉管背面吸热量可提高1.5%,辐射室外壁温度可降低10%~15%,散热损失可减少30%~50%,燃料节约率达2%,全炉热效率可提高1%以上,炉年均热效率提高1%以上。

     

    Abstract: FR-1 heat-reflective coating material is developed with regard to the defects of heat-radioactive coatings such as high heat loss, easy-falling off and short service life. The principle of the energy-saving coating material, acting as the medium, is to reduce the blackness of lining, decrease the absorption rate of radioactive heat, increase reflective rate, modify the lining with a fine reflective capability and reflect the radioactive heat from smoke and fire back into the heater during heat transfer. It was trial applied in SINOPEC's Guangzhou Company, Gaoqiao Company and PetroChina's Yumen Oilfield, and field applied in SINOPEC's Xiangfan Oil Transportation Company. Result showed that heat absorption at the backside of heater tube was increased up to 1.5%, the outer wall temperature of radioactive room was reduced at 10%~15%, heat loss was reduced to 30%~50%, the fuel saving rate reached 2%, the total heat efficiency of heater was raised over 1% and the annually average total heat efficiency of heater was improved over 1%.
