大型压缩机电动机自耦变压器降压启动方式探讨

  • 摘要: 压缩机是炼化企业、天然气长输管道压气站、储气库注气站等的核心工艺设备,大型压缩机电动机启动对电网冲击大,同时影响其他在线用电设备的安全稳定运行。常用的大型电动机变频器启动方式存在投资成本高、变电所占地面积大、电气元器件多导致可靠性差等弊端,为了合理设计大型压缩机电动机的启动方式,以北方某炼化企业聚烯烃项目为例,梳理了供配电方案比选、自耦变压器参数选择、启动电压降计算参数选取等需要重点关注的方面,并与变频器启动方式进行了对比。结果表明:大型压缩机电动机采用自耦变压器降压启动方式,可以解决常用的变频器启动方式的不足。自耦变压器降压启动方式可为大型压缩机电动机启动方案的合理设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Compressor is the core process equipment of the refining and chemical enterprises, long-distance natural gas pipeline compressor stations, gas injection stations of gas storage, etc. However, the starting of large compressor motor has a significant impact on the power grid and affects the safe and stable operation of other online electrical equipment. The commonly-used VVVF starting mode for the large motor has some disadvantages such as high investment cost, large area of substation, a large number of electrical components, and thus low reliability. In order to reasonably design the starting mode for a large compressor motor, the aspects that need to be focused on, such as the optimal design of power supply and distribution scheme, the selection of autotransformer parameters, and the selection of parameters for calculating the starting voltage dip, are reviewed based on the polyolefin project of a refining and chemical enterprise in North China. Meanwhile, a comparison is made with that in the VVVF starting mode. The results show that autotransformer stating mode for large compressor motor can solve the shortcomings of the commonly-used VVVF starting mode. Autotransformer starting mode can provide reference for the reasonable design of motor starting scheme of large compressor motor.
