成品油管道中间站下载对沿程混油分布的影响

Study on the influence law of downloading mixed oil on-way on the mixed oil along the whole product pipeline

  • 摘要: 成品油管道采用中间站场沿线下载+管输末站切割的混油处理方式时,中间站下载混油会对全线混油段发展造成扰动,沿程混油分布更为复杂。为此,分析混油形成机理,引入有效扩散系数并综合考虑质量守恒定律和费克扩散定律,同时忽略地势对混油的影响,得到可用于混油浓度分布计算的一维混油模型,并对某实际管道中间站下载0、40 m3、60 m3及70 m3混油时全线混油变化情况进行预测,分析中间站下载对沿程混油影响规律。结果表明:中间站下载混油不会影响混油浓度分布;中间站下载混油将减少管输末站混油切割量,但会增加全线混油总量,且随着中间站下载混油量的增加,混油总量增加幅度变大,进而影响全线油品质量。研究成果可为成品油顺序输送管道混油下载/切割方案的制定提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In case that the mixed oil treatment method of offloading from the intermediate station along the line and cutting at the terminal station of pipeline transportation is adopted for the product oil pipeline, the mixed oil offloading from the intermediate station would disturb the development of the mixed oil section along the line, and thus the distribution of mixed oil becomes more complicated. For this reason, a one-dimensional mixed oil prediction model was constructed by analyzing the oil mixing mechanism, introducing the effective diffusion coefficient, and comprehensively considering the law of mass conservation and Fick's laws of diffusion. Meanwhile, ignoring the influence of terrain on oil mixing ignored, the change of mixed oil along the whole line was predicted and calculated under the condition of offloading from the intermediate station and mixed oil backfeed at 0, 40 m3, 60 m3 and 70 m3 in an actual pipeline. On this basis, the influence rule of offloading from the intermediate station on oil mixing along the line was analyzed. The results indicate that offloading the mixed oil from the intermediate station does not affect the concentration distribution of mixed oil. Offloading the mixed oil from the intermediate station reduces the cutting amount of mixed oil in the terminal station of pipeline transportation, but it increases the total amount of mixed oil in the whole line. The change range increases with the increasing of mixed oil offloaded from the intermediate station. Hence, the mixed oil is fed back to reduce the quality of oil in the whole line. Generally, the research results could provide reference basis for the preparation of offloading and cutting scheme of mixed oil in the product oil pipeline for batch transportation.
