天然气站场沉降监测与报警系统设计

Design of monitoring and alarm system of foundation settlement in natural gas station

  • 摘要: 天然气站场地基沉降会引起管道应力集中及变形,严重时导致管道拉裂损坏。为准确有效地评估天然气站场的沉降隐患,以某新建天然气站场为例,基于现场调查设计了一套基于物联网云平台的天然气站场沉降监测与报警系统。通过该系统采集、传输并分析管道应变、地面沉降等多维数据,结合有限元数值模拟优化监测点位布置,提出了一套天然气站场沉降3级预警方案,并通过报警系统的预警阈值配置实现报警功能。结果表明:该系统具有稳定且高效的数据采集、传输能力,实现了天然气站场复杂管道系统及其地面沉降的全面监测,提高了站场沉降隐患的预警能力,对于天然气站场的安全运行与维护意义重大。

     

    Abstract: The foundation settlement of the natural gas station can cause stress concentration and deformation of the pipeline, and in severe cases, the pipeline may even be subjected to cracking damage. To accurately and effectively assess the hidden risk of foundation settlement in natural gas station, a set of monitoring and alarm system of foundation settlement in natural gas station based on the IOT cloud platform was designed through the on-site investigation of a new natural gas station. Then, the system was used to collect, transmit and analyze the multidimensional data such as pipe strain and foundation settlement. The arrangement of monitoring points was optimized in combination with the finite element numerical simulation. On this basis, a set of three-level early warning scheme was proposed for the foundation settlement in natural gas station, and the alarm function was realized through the early warning threshold configuration of the alarm system. The results show that the system has stable and efficient data acquisition and transmission capabilities, the complex pipeline systems and foundation settlement in natural gas stations is monitored comprehensively, and the early warning ability for potential foundation settlement risks in the stations is improved, which is of great significance to the safe operation and maintenance of natural gas station.
