Abstract:
In the process of oil and gas system reform in China, it is found that there are some problems in the large-scale natural gas pipeline network that is composed of natural gas pipelines under the jurisdiction of oil companies, pipelines under the jurisdiction of PipeChina, and pipelines under provincial pipeline network companies. For example, the types of gas sources/resources are diverse, the design/operating pressures of different pipelines are different, the types of downstream users are complicated, and the gas consumption rules are diverse. In order to study the supply-demand balance of such pipeline network in operation, the pipeline network with dual gas sources and multi-user was modeled using SPS software. Based on the reliability verification of the operation parameters of existing pipeline networks, considering the gas demand of users in 2025, the supply-demand balance of the pipeline network was simulated and analyzed. Then, an optimized operation scheme was proposed. The results show that the optimized scheme of pressure balance of two gas sources through the off-take station can not only meet the demand of dual gas sources for downstream users, but also make the resource allocation more balanced. Especially, in the winter supply period, the scheme can greatly share the pressure of PipeChina in winter and improve the overall supply capacity of the pipeline network, and thus it could provide guidance for the on-site operation and dispatching of the pipeline network.
