延安气田多起伏地面管道临界携液流速计算模型

A calculation model of critical liquid-carrying gas velocity in multi-undulating surface pipeline of Yan'an Gas Field

  • 摘要: 延安气田所处地形复杂,管道起伏多且高程较大,管道积液是气田集输系统生产过程中常见的问题之一,极易引发段塞流,甚至影响气田正常生产。基于液膜模型,考虑运行压力、井口温度、摩尔含水率、管道公称直径及管道倾角5个因素,建立上倾管段临界携液流速计算模型。进而结合延安气田现场运行数据,研究多起伏地面管道的最大倾角、总起伏高程、起伏次数对临界携液流速的影响规律,对已建立的上倾管段临界携液流速计算模型进行修正,结果表明:修正后的多起伏管道临界携液流速模型计算结果与现场数据吻合度高,修正后的模型计算结果准确率达90%,对于多起伏地面集输管道具有较强的适用性,可为延安气田多起伏管道积液预测提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: Yan'an Gas Field is located in a complex terrain, where the pipelines are multi-undulated with large elevation, and liquid accumulation in pipeline is one of the common problems in the production process of gas field gathering system. Specifically, the liquid accumulation in pipeline can easily cause slug flow and even affect the normal production of gas field. In this study, a calculation model of critical liquid-carrying gas velocity in the up-dip pipeline section was established based on the liquid film model, with consideration to the operating pressures, wellhead temperature, molar water content, pipe nominal diameter and pipeline inclination. In addition, the influence law of the largest inclination, the total elevation and the number of undulations of the multi-undulating pipeline on the critical liquid-carrying gas velocity was studied with reference to the operating data of Yan'an Gas Field. On this basis, the established critical liquid-carrying model of the up-dip pipeline section was modified. The modified critical liquid-carrying gas velocity model of the undulating pipeline had the calculation results in well agreement with the field data. The results indicate that the calculation results of the modified model have the accuracy up to 90%, and this model shows great adaptability for the multi-undulating surface gathering pipelines, which could provide theoretical support for liquid accumulation prediction in the multi-undulating pipelines of Yan'an Gas Field.
