基于价值链分析的智慧储气库顶层设计

Top-level design of intelligent underground gas storage based on value chain analysis

  • 摘要: 目前中国正在大力推进地下储气库的信息化和数字化建设,但储气库的智慧化尚处于探索阶段。人工智能技术在地下储气库建设和运行的某些具体环节得到应用,但总体的智慧储气库建设路线尚未形成统一认识与标准。在对国内外地下储气库现状和智慧化进程调研基础上,基于价值链分析开展智慧储气库顶层设计与前瞻性研究。以储气库设计和生产运行过程中的业务需求为主体价值链,储气库智慧化进程中的智能技术需求为辅助价值链,形成涵盖储气库建库方案设计、气藏工程、注采模拟与优化、站场及储气库井风险监测与评价等多个方面的智慧储气库技术体系,以期为今后智慧储气库的建设、改造及升级提供借鉴与参考。

     

    Abstract: At present, the informatization and digitization construction of Underground Gas Storage (UGS) is vigorously pushed forward in China, but the storage intellectualization is still in the exploration stage. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has been used in some links in UGS construction and operation, but no consensus and standards have been formed for the overall construction route of intelligent gas storage. Herein, the top-level design and prospective research of Intelligent Underground Gas Storages (IUGS) was carried out based on value chain analysis through the research on the status quo and intelligent process of UGS at home and abroad. In this study, the business needs in the process of storage design, production and operation were taken as the main value chain, and the intelligent technology needs in the intelligent process of gas storage were taken as the auxiliary value chain. Then, the technology system of IUGS was constructed, covering the construction scheme design of gas storages, gas reservoir engineering, injection-production simulation and optimization, and risk monitoring and evaluation of stations and gas storages (wells). Generally, the system is expected to provide a helpful idea for the construction, reconstruction and upgrading of IUGS in the future.
