分枝定界法与内点法耦合的含环路输气管网运行优化

Optimization on operation of gas pipeline network with cyclic structures by coupling branch-and-bound method with interior point method

  • 摘要: 含环路输气管网的运行方案优化问题的求解难度远大于枝状管网。在已知含环路输气管网拓扑结构、基础参数、天然气输入点和输出点的流量、压缩机组的配置及特性曲线等参数的前提下,以环路上的管段流量、压气站开机台数、压气站出站压力等参数为决策变量,以单位时间内管网运行能耗最低为目标函数,综合考虑管段水力热力特性、管网节点流量平衡及节点压力允许变化范围、压缩机运行特性及允许运行范围等约束条件,建立含环路输气管网稳态运行方案优化的非线性混合整数规划模型,采用分枝定界法与原始对偶内点法耦合的算法求解该模型。以XQDS管网为例应用TGNET软件对管网优化运行方案进行了稳态仿真,验证该模型与算法的有效性。该优化模型与算法适用于任意拓扑结构的输气管网,可为大型复杂输气管网的集中调度提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: It is much more difficult to solve the problem of optimizing the operation scheme of a gas pipeline network with cyclic structures than that of a tree-shaped pipeline network. Herein, the flow rates of the pipeline sections on cyclic structures, the number of operating compressors in the compressor stations and the outlet pressure of the compressor stations were used as the decision variables. The minimum energy consumption required for the operation of pipeline network in unit time was used as the objective function. Meanwhile, constraint conditions were comprehensively considered, including the hydraulic and thermal characteristics of the pipeline section, the flow balance at each node of pipeline network, the allowable variation range of the nodal pressure, the operating characteristics of compressor and the allowable operating range. Then, the mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) model was established for the optimization of the steady-state operation scheme of the gas pipeline network with cyclic structures under the premise of knowing the topology, basic parameters, flow rates at gas input and output points, configuration and characteristic curves of compressor units and other parameters of the gas pipeline network with cyclic structures. The model was solved by the algorithm of coupling the branch-and-bound method and the primal dual interior point method. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm was validated based on XQDS pipeline network, and the steady-state simulation of the optimized operation scheme of pipeline network was performed with the TGNET software. Conclusively, the optimization model and algorithm are applicable to the gas pipeline networks with arbitrary topology and could provide new ideas for the centralized scheduling of large-scale and complex gas pipeline networks in China.
