  • 摘要: 海洋油气柔性立管的环空状态是影响其完整性管理的重要因素之一,以多层复合结构柔性立管为研究对象,综述国内外关于柔性立管环空状态的研究进展,从内衬层材料渗透行为、环空状态预测模型、环空状态监测与检测3个方面出发,针对现有研究成果存在的不足,分别提出今后应着重开展的研究方向:①采用柔性立管原材料,经相同加工工艺制成试样,对其渗透行为开展分析,并对报废柔性立管内衬层材料进行研究,以掌握材料全生命周期渗透行为及规律;②环空状态预测模型可采用同类材料渗透系数,但应考虑材料老化对渗透行为产生的动态影响,并与柔性立管原型实验进行对比;③对立管底部接头进行设计改进,增加环空底部的远程与本地压力监测结构,设置水下机器人操作接口,提高环空状态预测准确度及维护有效性。

     

    Abstract: The annulus state of flexible oil and gas marine risers is an essential factor that afects their integrity management. Herein, the domestic and international research progress on the annular state of flexible risers was summarized based on the flexible riser with multilayer composite structure. Meanwhile, the subsequent key research directions were proposed from the following three aspects against the deficiencies of the existing research results, i.e. gas permeation behavior of lining material, theoretical prediction model of annular state, monitoring and detection of annular state. (1) The permeation behavior could be analyzed by preparing specimens with the raw material of flexible riser by the same processing technology, and the lining material of scrapped flexible risers could be studied to master the permeation behavior and law of materials throughout the whole life cycle. (2) The permeability coefficient of similar materials could be adopted in the annular state prediction model, but the dynamic impact of material aging on permeability behavior should be considered and compared with the prototype experiment of flexible riser. (3) The design of the joint at the bottom of riser should be improved to increase the remote and local pressure monitoring structures at the bottom of annulus and set the operation interfaces of remotely-operated vehicles, so as to assure the prediction accuracy and maintenance efectiveness of annular state.
