榆济管道浊漳河穿越段漂管险情成因及抢险方案

Causes for emergency floating situation of Yu-Ji Pipeline crossing Zhuozhang River and its emergency rescue plan

  • 摘要: 汛期行洪期间河沟道内管道受水流持续冲击,在动水荷载影响下存在重大的管道失效风险,抢险方案的时效性、针对性是抢险成功的关键。以榆济(榆林—济南)管道浊漳河穿越段185.5 m漂管险情为例,对浊漳河漂管险情的致灾机理、主控因素进行了分析,并对管道安全状况、风险变化进行了评估,针对险情主控因素,同时考虑安全、工期、进场条件、抢险资源可获得性等,制定了“管道放空+河道疏浚+挑流坝+脚手架平台+龙门架支撑稳固管道”的抢险方案。管道抢险人员按照新制定的抢险方案,采取科学手段,成功处理险情,不仅漂管险情得以及时控制,实现了管道提前复产,还避免了次生灾害的发生。

     

    Abstract: Due to the continuous scouring of flowing water during flood season, the pipelines in rivers and ditches are at the high risks of failure under the influence of dynamic water load. Hence, the timeliness and pertinence of the emergency rescue plan is the key to the successful emergency rescue. Herein, the disaster-causing mechanism and the main control factors of the pipeline floating over Zhuozhang River were analyzed based on the emergency floating situation of the 185.5 m section of Yu-Ji Pipeline(Yulin-Ji'nan) crossing Zhuozhang River. Meanwhile, the current safety status and risk changes of the pipeline were evaluated. In view of the main control factors of the emergency situation, an emergency rescue plan of pipeline venting + river dredging + spur dike + scaffold platform + pipe reinforcement with gantry frame was prepared by considering the safety, construction period, access conditions, and the availability of rescue resources.Further, the pipeline rescuers dealt with the emergency situation successfully by scientific means according to the new plan. In this way, the emergency situation of pipeline floating was controlled in time, the pipeline had the operation resumed in advance, and the secondary disasters were prevented.
