罐区智能型电液执行机构的研制与测试

Development and test of intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator in tank farm

  • 摘要: 紧急切断阀是防止罐区事故进一步扩大的关键设施。针对火灾环境下紧急切断阀执行机构因防火罩或耐火电缆失效导致其无法关断的技术难题,改变传统的被动式紧急切断模式,结合大型原油储罐罐根阀改造需求,融入主动防护理念,研制了一种智能型紧急切断电液执行机构,并开展了整体功能试验、控制箱耐压试验、液压系统保压试验及疲劳寿命试验等相关测试。结果表明:研发的智能型电液执行机构能够主动识别外界发生的火情,并实现了蓄能器气囊氮气压力在线监测预警功能,压力监测误差小于0.23%;30天内液压系统压力仅下降0.1 MPa,保压性能良好,满足现场使用要求。研究成果为罐区紧急切断阀改造提供了解决思路,可有效提升火灾条件下罐区事故初期应急处置能力。

     

    Abstract: The emergency shut-off valve is an important means to prevent the further expansion of tank farm accident. In view of the technical problem that the actuator cannot be shut down due to the failure of fireproof hood or fire-resistant cable in fire environment, a new intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator was developed. Specifically, the traditional passive emergency shut-off function was changed, and the active protection concept was integrated according to the requirements for reconstruction of root valves in large crude oil tanks.In addition, tests were carried out, including the overall function test, the withstand pressure test of control box, the pressure holding test of hydraulic system and the fatigue life test. The results show that the intelligent electro-hydraulic actuator could actively identify fires that occur outside. Besides, the online monitoring and warning functions of nitrogen pressure of accumulator bladder was realized, and the pressure monitoring error was less than 0.23%. The pressure of the hydraulic system decreased by 0.1 MPa within 30 days, indicating the good pressure holding performance of the actuator, which could meet the requirements of field service. The research results provide a solution for the emergency shut-off valve in the tank farm, effectively improving the initial emergency response capacity of the tank farm under fire conditions.
