油气长输管道管式加热炉无人值守智能运行关键技术

Key technology for unattended intelligent operation of tubular heater in long-distance oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 作为油气长输管道站场的关键设备,中国长输管道管式加热炉系统已实现基于PLC固化程序的自动化控制,但由于其动态特性复杂、工艺流程繁琐,加热炉无人值守、智能运行技术研究尚处于初始阶段。分析中国长输管道管式加热炉自动化控制系统现状,根据“智能管道、智慧管网”的发展理念,提出油气长输管道管式加热炉智能运行技术架构,进而对制约管式加热炉系统实现无人值守、智能运行的关键技术进行探讨,并提出解决措施与技术展望。通过配套设备智能化升级技术、I/O点优化技术,实现管式加热炉配套设备智能化;基于神经网络与PID融合的智能控制技术、加热炉预测预警与故障诊断技术,并利用站场智能监控视频系统,最终实现加热炉系统智能运行与智能感知,助力油气长输管道站场智能化建设。

     

    Abstract: As the key equipment of long-distance oil and gas pipeline stations, the tubular heater system of the long-distance pipeline in China has realized the automatic control based on the solidification procedure of PLC by now. However, due to its complex dynamic characteristics and cumbersome process flow, the research on unattended intelligent operation technology of the heater is still in the initial stage. Herein, the current situation of the automatic control system for tubular heater of the long-distance pipeline in China was analyzed, and the technical framework was put forward for the intelligent operation of tubular heater for the long-distance oil and gas pipeline according to the development concept of "intelligent pipeline and intelligent pipeline network". On this basis, the key technologies that restrict the unattended intelligent operation of tubular heater were discussed, with the solutions proposed and technical prospects made. Specifically, the supporting equipment of tubular heater was intellectualized through the intelligent upgrading technology of supporting equipment and the optimization technology of I/O points. Finally, the intelligent operation and perception of the heater was finally achieved with the intelligent monitoring video system of the station based on the intelligent control technology integrated with the neural network and PID, as well as the forecasting, early warning and fault diagnosis technology of the heater, thus facilitating the intelligent construction of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline station.
