商业工艺软件在油气工程设计行业的应用与思考

Application & considerations of commercial process software in oil & gas engineering design industry

  • 摘要: 近年来,油气工程设计行业从国外引进多种商业软件,对传统工程设计行业的发展成本、产出过程带来一定影响,软件应用效能亟待提升;另一方面国产商业工艺软件发展相对较缓,尚未在工程设计行业中规模化应用。为此,从用于油气工程上、中、下游项目相关工艺设计的主流软件入手,对国外商业工艺软件应用现状进行系统梳理,并阐明其产品特征、发展趋势及对行业的影响。同时,总结国产商业工艺软件产品特征与发展趋势,对比分析国产商业工艺软件的优势与不足,进而提出国外商业工艺软件的应用与效能提升策略,以及对国产商业工艺软件发展的思考与建议,以期为工程设计行业工艺软件开发、应用及发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Currently, a variety of commercial software has been introduced from abroad into the oil & gas engineering design industry, which has a certain impact on the development cost and output process of the traditional engineering design industry. Hence, it is urgent to seek for high-efficiency application of the software. Besides, the domestic commercial process software is developed relatively slowly and not applied massively in the engineering design industry. So, the application status of foreign commercial process software was summarized systematically based on a variety of mainstream commercial software for relevant process design in the upstream-midstream and downstream projects of oil & gas engineering. The product characteristics, development trend and related impact on the industry were also expounded.Meanwhile, the product characteristics and development trend of domestic commercial process software were summarized, with comparative analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic commercial process software. On this basis, the application and efficiency improvement strategies were proposed for the foreign commercial process software, including the consideration and suggestions on the development of domestic commercial process software, so as to provide reference for the development, application and evolution of industrial process software for engineering design.
