中国地下水封储存理论与关键技术研究进展

Research progress on theories and key technologies of underground water-sealed storage in China

  • 摘要: 地下水封储存是中国石油等能源储存的重要方式之一,其理论和关键技术的发展与创新具有重要意义。在国家石油储备二期工程建设中,各参建单位结合工程建设实际情况,开展了广泛的研究与系统的技术攻关。百万方规模的地下水封石洞油库建设是一项复杂的系统工程,在中国尚属新技术领域,众多关系到大型地下水封石洞油库建设的关键技术均有待深入研究。在此系统梳理了近年来中国在地下水封储存理论与关键技术方面取得的重要研究进展。在理论方面,介绍了水封效率评价、水封可靠性分析及洞库涌水量预测方法等方向取得的进展。在关键技术方面,介绍了水封性监测与评价技术、支护设计与稳定性监测技术方面取得的进展。最后,结合中国地下水封洞库发展趋势,分析总结了地下水封洞库建设目前所面临的5项技术挑战与相应对策。研究成果可为推动中国地下水封储存行业科技进步与高质量发展起到积极作用。

     

    Abstract: As the underground water-sealed storage is one of the important ways of oil and other energy storage in China, the development and innovation of basic theory and key technologies is of great importance. In the construction of the second phase of National Petroleum Reserve Projects in China, the entities involved in construction of those projects carried out the extensive scientific research and key technology research with reference to the actual construction conditions. However, the construction of the underground water-sealed oil storage in rock caverns with millions of cubic meters of reserves is a complex systematic project, which is still a new technology field in China. Thus, many key technologies related to the construction of large-scale underground water-sealed oil storage in rock caverns need to be studied in depth. Herein, the important research progress in the basic theory and key technologies of underground water-sealed storage in China in recent years was summarized. For the basic theory, the progress in water seal efficiency evaluation, water seal reliability analysis, and water inflow prediction method of storage caverns was introduced. For the key technologies, the progress in water sealing monitoring and evaluation technology, support design and stability monitoring technology was reviewed. Finally, five challenges and countermeasures in the construction of underground water-sealed storage were analyzed and summarized in combination with the development trend of underground water-sealed storage in China. The research results are expected to play a positive role in promoting the scientific and technological progress and high-quality development of underground water-sealed storage industry in China.
