中国地下储气库发展现状及展望

Development status and prospect of underground gas storage in China

  • 摘要: 中国天然气消费每年以近10%的增速增长,能源平稳供应的重要性日益凸显,地下储气库对于天然气调峰保供和战略储备至关重要。通过调研中国天然气需求增量及目前储气库区域分布特点,提出当前储气库发展面临的建设、运营及技术短板,并预测储气库选址、建库范围将更加广泛。在中国致力于打造天然气“全国一张网”的背景下,将形成联网协调的储气库群,未来储气库将向着集约、高效、智能、科技、经济等方向发展。研究结果可为进一步推动储气库建设提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: As the natural gas consumption increases at 10% annual rate of growth in China, the importance of stable energy supply is becoming increasingly prominent. Thus, the underground gas storage becomes very critical to peak shaving, stable supply and strategic reserve of natural gas. Herein, the shortcomings of construction, operation and technology in the current development of gas storage were put forward by investigating the increment of gas demand in China and the regional distribution characteristics of gas storage at present. The scope of site selection and construction of gas storage was expected to be more extensive, and thereby to form the networked and coordinated gas storage group under the background of striving to build a unified national network of natural gas in China. In the future, underground gas storage will develop towards the direction of intensive, efficient, intelligent, technological and economic development. The research results can provide reference to promote the construction of gas storage in the next step.
