易凝高黏原油流变学及输送技术研究与应用:回顾与展望

Research and application of rheology and pipeline transportation technologies of high-pour-point and viscous crude oils: retrospect and prospect

  • 摘要: 易凝高黏原油管道输送技术是中国管道运输行业的优势领域, 流变学是其重要的理论基础。该领域是中国高校油气储运学科最早的研究方向, 迄今为止也一直是主要研究方向之一。70年来, 高校在该领域科技进步中发挥了重要作用。回顾了该领域面向行业发展需求, 在原油流变性表征与机理及测量、原油改性输送技术及工程应用、原油管道流动保障与流动安全评价等基础研究和技术研发方面取得的主要成果。结合在该领域40年的研究经历, 总结了若干经验教训, 展望了未来发展方向与重点研究问题, 提出了基础研究和技术开发的策略建议。技术开发要“落地”, 基础研究要问题导向, 迎难而上、勇于创新、严谨求实、持之以恒、校企协同、多学科融合及与学术界积极交流, 是该领域以往取得成功的保障和今后需继续坚持的准则。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline transportation technology of high-pour-point and viscous crude oils is an advantageous field of China's pipeline industry, and rheology is an important theoretical basis of the technology. This field was firstly researched and has also been one of the major research fields of China's discipline of oil & gas storage and transportation in universities, which has played an important role in the progress of science and technology of this field in the past 70 years. Herein, the typical achievements in fundamental research and industry-demand-oriented technology development were reviewed, including characterization and mechanism of crude oil rheology and rheological measurement, development and applications of crude oil flow improvement technology, the flow assurance and flow safety assessment of crude oil pipelines, etc. Besides, some experience and lessons of R&D were summarized based on the 40 years of research in this field. The development trend and key topics of future research were prospected, and strategic recommendations were proposed for the fundamental research and technological development. Industry-demand-oriented technology R&D, problem-orientated fundamental research, rising to challenges, innovation, strict and practical research attitude, perseverance, collaboration between universities and the industry, multi-discipline combination, and active communications with academic communities have guaranteed the previous success and will continue to be the key of future success.
