Current status and key advanced technologies of urban gas industry development

  • 摘要: 在能源革命、新一轮科技革命和产业变革历史性交汇期, 城镇燃气行业发展面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。简要回顾了城镇燃气行业的发展历程, 分析总结了行业未来4大发展趋势: 供气格局低碳化与多元化、市场格局规模化与多元化、运营模式智慧化与高效化、技术体系科学化与完善化, 指出行业智慧化程度不够、安全体系尚未完善、能源低碳转型布局不够深入等痛点问题。围绕智慧燃气关键技术, 构建了整体逻辑框图, 分析了感知层、传输层及应用层建设中的关键难题。聚焦燃气安全关键技术, 提出基于城镇燃气完整性管理搭建安全管理体系, 着重构建输配系统数字化模型及失效数据库。围绕燃气“脱碳”, 提出构建基于城镇燃气的“近零碳”能源生态系统发展理念, 分析了天然气高效利用、天然气管道掺氢等技术面临的经济性、安全性等问题及解决思路。

     

    Abstract: In the period of historic intersection of energy revolution, a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, unprecedented opportunities and challenges are appearing in the development of urban gas industry. Herein, the development history of urban gas industry was reviewed briefly, four major development trends of industry future were analyzed and summarized, and the pain spots of the industry were pointed out, including the insufficient industry intelligence, the incomplete safety system and the inadequate depth of low-carbon energy transformation layout. In addition, an overall logical block diagram was constructed based on the key technologies of intelligent gas. Meanwhile, the key problems in the construction of perception layer, transmission layer and application layer were analyzed. Moreover, focusing on the key technologies of gas safety, the concept of building a safety management system of urban gas based on integrity management was proposed, coring at the establishment of a digital model for the gas transportation and distribution system and the construction of a failure database. Furthermore, the development approach for constructing a "near-zero carbon"energy ecological network of urban gas was put forward based on gas decarbonisation. Finally, the economic and safety problems faced by the technologies such as efficient utilization of natural gas and hydrogen mixing in natural gas pipelines were emphatically analyzed, and accordingly, appreciate solutions were developed.
