Progress on gathering and treatment technologies of high-sulfur natural gas in China

  • 摘要: 随着中国高含硫气藏的大规模开发, 配套的高含硫天然气集输与处理技术不断推陈更新。阐述了中国高含硫气藏的开发概况, 系统总结了高含硫天然气的集输工艺、净化模式、脱硫技术、硫磺回收技术, 详细介绍了高含硫气田在安全控制、污水回用、管理模式及“五化”建设(标准化设计、工厂化预制、模块化施工、机械化作业、信息化管理)等方面取得的一系列完整、先进、可行成果。未来应在脱硫和含硫尾气处理方面继续开展科学研究和技术攻关, 不断追求低碳环保和实现“五化”建设, 努力打造高质量标准化高含硫气田开发建设模式。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale development of high-sulfur gas reservoirs in China, the matching gathering and treatment technologies of high-sulfur natural gas are being updated constantly. Herein, the development situation of high-sulfur natural gas reservoirs in China was briefly introduced, the gathering technology, purification mode, desulfurization technology and sulfur recovery technology of high-sulfur natural gas were systematically summarized, and a series of complete, advanced and feasible achievements in safety control, sewage reuse, management mode and "five-oriented"construction of high-sulfur gas fields were expounded in details. In the future, scientific and technological research, as well as development of key technologies, should be conducted continuously in desulfurization and treatment of sulfur-containing tail gas, so as to constantly pursue low-carbon environmental protection and realize "five-oriented"construction, further striving to build a high-quality and standardized development and construction mode for high-sulfur gas fields.
