碳中和愿景下油气储运学科的任务

Tasks of oil & gas storage and transportation discipline under the vision of carbon neutrality

  • 摘要: 在碳中和愿景下, 中国能源结构将发生巨大变革, 油气储运学科任务不可避免发生重大改变。基于对“双碳”目标下中国能源需求和碳排放量的中长期预测, 分析了油气储运学科在能源变革中的任务转变, 提出高黏易凝原油管道输送、天然气管网仿真与优化运行、油气储运能效与净零排放、智慧能源体系构建、二氧化碳与氢能等新介质储运等学科建设方向和任务。同时提出将油气储运学科融入现代能源体系的发展要求, 使油气储运工业在保障国家能源安全、实现“双碳”目标中发挥更大作用。

     

    Abstract: Under the vision of carbon neutrality, the energy structure in China will change tremendously, and the tasks of the oil & gas storage and transportation discipline will also change inevitably. In the context of realizing the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the mid-term and long-term forecasts of the energy demand and carbon emissions were made, the new tasks of the oil & gas storage and transportation discipline were analyzed systematically, and the development directions of this discipline were pointed out, including the pipeline transportation of high pour-point and viscous crude oil, the optimized operation of natural gas pipeline network, the efficiency and net zero emission of oil & gas storage and transportation, the construction of smart energy system, and the storage and transportation of new media such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen. Meanwhile, the development requirements for integrating the oil & gas storage and transportation discipline into the modern energy systems were proposed, so that the oil and gas storage and transportation industry could play a greater role in guaranteeing the energy security and achieving the "dual carbon" goal in China.
