鲁宁输油管道初凝应急处置与思考

Emergency response and thinking for foreboding clogging-up in Lu-Ning Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 鲁宁管道输送胜利原油与进口原油的混合油,其具有高黏易凝的特点。2022年2月,该管道因焊缝破裂泄漏停输近30 h,启输后,站间距147.1 km的宁阳—滕州段出现在最高允许出站压力下流量和出站温度持续下降的初凝趋势,通过在其沿线注入热柴油,成功处置了此次初凝事件,约6天后管道流量恢复正常。鲁宁管道初凝事件及应急处置为大口径、长站间距加热输送管道安全积累了宝贵经验:①管道出现初凝趋势而出站压力趋近允许高限时,及时提升管道流量是关键;②优先向后半段及“瓶颈”段注入热稀油,疏通关键段及节点;③初期热稀油注入比例适当高于理论值,随运行工况趋稳适当调减比例;④通过站内热油循环保证加热设施正常运行,以便提高管输原油出站温度。最后提出建议:①热输原油管道设置站内循环流程是极其必要的;②深入研究鲁宁管道管输油品性质、管输运行规律及流动保障技术;③基于运行数据挖掘明确、细化管道初凝应急预案。

     

    Abstract: The transportation media of Lu-Ning Oil Pipeline is the mixture of Shengli crude oil and the imported crude oil, which is characterized with high viscosity and high pour point. In February 2022, the pipeline was shut down for nearly 30 hours due to the leakage caused by weld cracking. However, after the restart-up, a trend of foreboding clogging-up appeared in Ningyang?Tengzhou Section with a distance of 147.1 km due to the continuous decrease of flow rate and outlet temperature under the maximum allowable outlet pressure. Finally, this foreboding clogging-up event was successfully handled by injecting hot diesel, and the flow rate returned to normal about 6 days later. Generally, valuable experience has been accumulated from the foreboding clogging-up event and the emergency response for the safety of heating pipelines in large diameter and great station spacing: (1) It is critical to increase the flow rate if the tendency of foreboding clogging-up appears in the pipeline and the outlet pressure approaches to the allowable upper limit. (2) The hot thin oil should be firstly injected into the second half section and the "bottleneck" section of pipeline to clear the key section and the node. (3) The injection ratio of hot thin oil in the initial stage should be slightly higher than the theoretical value and decreases with the stabilization of operation conditions. (4) The heating facilities should be kept in normal operation through hot oil circulation within the station, so as to increase the outlet temperature of crude oil in pipeline. Finally, the following suggestions were proposed: (1) it is very necessary to set in-station circulating section of hot crude oil pipeline. (2) The properties of oil transported by Lu-Ning Pipeline, the transportation law and technologies for flow assurance should be studied in depth. (3) The contingency plan for foreboding clogging-up of pipeline should be clarified and detailed based on operation data mining.
