基于增强现实的管网安全评价数字孪生方法

Digital twin method for safety assessment of pipeline networks based on augmented reality

  • 摘要: 数字孪生技术被广泛认为是解决信息物理交互融合难题的关键技术,而增强现实技术作为辅助数字孪生虚实交互的有效手段之一,为融合人、管道数字孪生体以及现场环境提供了解决途径。集成数字孪生、增强现实、分布式光纤监测等技术,构建地下管网结构安全评价数字孪生框架,并详细阐述了物理管网、虚拟管网、基于增强现实的数字孪生服务的构建理论,并将该理论及方法应用于某地下管网。结果表明:数字孪生与增强现实融合驱动的地下管网结构安全评价方法实现了虚拟管网与物理管网在现场环境中的一一映射关联,通过数字孪生技术进行管道结构状态的实时定量评价,帮助现场人员更加全面地感知、理解甚至超越现实世界,可为提升现场即时处置能力提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Digital twin is widely regarded as a key technology to realize the cyber-physical interaction, and the augmented reality technology, as an effective means to assist the virtual-real interaction of digital twin, provides a solution for the interaction of human, pipeline digital twin and on-site environment. Therefore, a digital twin framework for structural safety assessment of underground pipeline networks was proposed by integrating the technologies of digital twin, augmented reality and distributed optical fiber monitoring. Meanwhile, the theories of building the physical pipeline networks, virtual pipeline networks and digital twin service based on augmented reality were elaborated. On this basis, the method was applied to an underground pipeline network. The results show that the safety assessment method of underground pipeline networks under the drive of the integrated digital twin and augmented reality realizes the one-to-one mapping between the virtual pipeline networks and the physical pipeline networks in the on-site environment. Furthermore, the real-time quantitative assessment on conditions of pipeline structure based on digital twin helps the field operators to more comprehensively perceive, understand and surpass the real world, providing technical support to improve the efficiency of on-site disposal.
