焊接材料强度对高钢级管道环焊缝应变能力的影响

Influence of welding material strength on strain capacity of girth welds in high-grade steel pipelines

  • 摘要: 为了评价母材、根焊材料、填充焊材料的强度对X80管道环焊缝应变能力的影响,采用非线性有限元方法,以中俄东线直径1422mm、壁厚21.4mm的高纲级管道为研究对象,考虑焊接接头完整几何形貌与性质有明显差异的4种材料分区,采用钥匙孔(KeyHole)模型准确模拟裂纹张开过程中裂纹尖端的钝化行为,研究了拉伸载荷作用下根焊内表面周向裂纹的起裂行为。计算结果表明:对于双V形坡口焊接接头,根焊材料强度对焊接接头整体应变能力影响很小,可以忽略不计;填充焊材料与母材强度的高强匹配对保证焊缝区应变能力最为重要,在难以提高填充焊材料强度的情况下,限定母材的强度指标是提高高钢级管道焊接接头应变能力的有效方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the influence of the strength of base material, root welding material and filler material on the strain capacity of girth welds in X80 pipeline, the passivation behavior of crack tips during cracking was accurately simulated with the Key Hole model by the nonlinear finite element method based on the China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline with a diameter of 1 422 mm and a wall thickness of 21.4 mm. Here, consideration was given to the complete geometrical morphology of welded joints and the partition of four materials with different properties. In addition, the crack initiation behavior of circumferential cracks in the root inner surface under the action of tensile load was researched. According to the results, the strength of root welding material has little impact on the overall strain capacity of double V-groove welded joint, which can be ignored. The overmatching of filler material with the base material is the most important to guarantee the strain capacity in the weld zone. Moreover, in the case that it is difficult to enhance the strength of filler material, limiting the strength indicator of base material is an effective way to improve the strain capacity of welded joints in high-grade steel pipelines.
