国产磁悬浮轴承电驱管道离心压缩机组研发思路

Ideas for research and development of domestic motor-driven magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor set for pipelines

  • 摘要: 与油润滑轴承压缩机组相比,磁悬浮轴承压缩机组更加高效、可靠、安全、环保。为了推动国产管道磁悬浮轴承机组的研发,介绍了磁悬浮轴承的基本构成、基本控制与保护、控制器的技术特点,从技术性能、安全环保、经济效益3个方面对比了磁悬浮轴承机组与油润滑轴承机组用于天然气管道增压的主要优势。对国内外磁悬浮轴承机组研究及应用情况进行分析,借鉴国外磁悬浮轴承机组设计理念与先进标准,梳理了研发过程中的关键技术问题及难点,从多角度提出了国产磁悬浮轴承机组的研发思路及建议。磁悬浮轴承机组在中国陆上天然气管道具有广泛应用前景,对于中国天然气管道关键设备国产化工作升级具有深远意义,宜大力推动其产品研发工作。

     

    Abstract: Compared with oil lubricated bearing compressor sets, the magnetic bearing compressor sets are more efficient, reliable, safe and environment-friendly. In order to promote the research and development of domestic magnetic bearing compressor sets for pipelines, the basic structure, control and protection principles of the magnetic bearing, as well as the technical characteristics of its controller, were introduced. Meanwhile, the main advantages of the magnetic bearing sets for pressurization of gas pipelines were compared with the oil lubricated bearing sets from three aspects of technical performance, safety and environmental protection, and economic benefits. In addition, the research and application of magnetic bearing sets at home and abroad were analyzed, and the key technical problems and difficulties in the development process were summarized with reference to the design concept and advanced standards of foreign magnetic bearing sets. Further, the ideas and suggestions for the development of domestic magnetic bearing sets were proposed from multiple perspectives. Generally, the magnetic bearing compressor sets have a wide prospect of application in China's onshore natural gas pipelines and they are of far-reaching significance to upgrade the localization of key equipment of natural gas pipelines in China. Hence, the research and development of the products should be promoted quickly and forcefully.
