Performance measurement and analysis of gas coalescence filter element

  • 摘要: 针对难以对海上油气平台设备中天然气携带的润滑油进行高效分离的问题,在实验室及海上平台建立了气液聚结滤芯性能检测装置,对国内外不同厂家的A~D共4种滤芯进行了对比测试。结果表明:不同滤芯过滤性能受液滴粒径分布的影响有所差异,在进行滤芯设计时需要考虑小液滴拦截效果,防止出现二次液滴夹带;实验室结果与海上平台检测结果较为吻合;高压工况下国产滤芯D的拦液能力明显高于其他滤芯,可替代在用滤芯以满足现场润滑油分离及回收要求。

     

    Abstract: For the problem that it is difficult to separate the lubricating oil from the natural gas in the devices of offshore oil and gas platform, the performance measurement devices of gas-liquid coalescence filter elements were established in the laboratory and the offshore platform, and comparative tests were carried out for the filter elements from different manufacturers at home and abroad. The results indicate that the filtration performance of various filter elements is affected by the particle size distribution of droplets. Therefore, blocking effect of small droplet and prevention of secondary droplet release should be considered in the filter element design. In addition, the test results of the laboratory and the offshore platform are in good agreement, and under the high pressure conditions, more liquid can be captured by the domestic filter D, which could replace the in-service filter element to meet the requirements for lubrication oil separation and recovery.
