露天站场天然气泄漏激光监测系统的设计及应用

Design and application of laser gas leakage monitoring system at gas station

  • 摘要: 为提高露天天然气站场的运行安全,及时发现站场工艺区的天然气泄漏,基于激光会吸收甲烷光谱的原理,设计了应用于天然气站场工艺区的天然气泄漏激光监测系统,探究出一种高可靠性、高实时性的适用于西气东输天然气站场的泄漏监测方法。在长期跟踪现场使用效果的基础上,通过对比试验和运行观测的方法探究了该系统应用推广的可行性。结果表明:天然气泄漏激光监测系统从原理和应用层面,均可更加准确地发现站场的各类天然气泄漏,解决了原有技术手段无法自动发现微小泄漏的问题,降低了露天天然气站场的运行风险隐患,为后期在输气管网上的大规模应用提供了理论基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the safety of outdoor natural gas stations and detect the natural gas leakage in the process area of the stations in time, a laser gas leakage monitoring system was designed according to the principle of absorbing the methane spectrum with laser, and a leakage monitoring method with high reliability and real-time that is applicable to the gas stations of West-East Pipeline was explored. Based on the long-term tracking of field application effect, the feasibility of application and popularization of the system was studied by comparison and observation. The results show that the laser gas leakage monitoring system can detect the gas leakage at natural gas stations more accurately from the levels of principle and application, and solve the problem of micro-leakage which cannot be automatically detected by the original technology, which reduces the potential safety risks of the natural gas stations and further lays a theoretical foundation for large-scale application in gas pipeline network in the future.
