海底管道悬空段状态检测及安全性评价

State detection and safety evaluation of submarine suspended pipeline

  • 摘要: 由于海况的变化,海底管道会出现悬空段,其安全性受到高度关注。采用侧扫声呐及浅层剖面检测技术,对某海底管道进行了实际检测,得到了管道全线的掩埋、裸露、悬空现状,同时对悬空段进行了加密检测,探明了海床状况。构建了海底悬空管道应力分析模型及涡激振动分析模型,并基于实际检测结果,对该海底管道进行了悬空应力分析及涡激振动分析。结果表明:该检测技术能够准确地得到管道的状态变化情况,该管道全线悬空段中有1处为危险状态,其余各处均处于安全状态。研究成果可为海底管道的安全运行提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Due to the change of sea conditions, suspended sections will appear to a submarine pipeline, and its safety has attracted great attention. Herein, by adopting the side scan sonar detection technology and the sub-bottom profiling technology, a submarine pipeline was detected, with the buried, bare and suspended states of the whole pipeline learned. Meanwhile, the in-filled detection was performed for the suspended sections, with the seabed condition verified. In addition, a stress analysis model and a vortex-induced vibration analysis model were established for the submarine suspended pipeline, and based on the actual detection results, the suspension stress analysis and the vortex-induced vibration analysis of the submarine pipeline were carried out. The results show that the detection technology can accurately get the state change of pipeline. Definitely, one of the suspended sections of the whole pipeline is in dangerous state and the rest is in safe state. Conclusively, the research results could provide technical support to the safe operation of the submarine pipeline.
