含蜡原油管道蜡沉积物性质研究进展

Research progress of properties of wax deposit in waxy crude oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 蜡沉积问题是含蜡原油管道面临的最为严重的流动保障难题,研究蜡沉积物性质对保证原油管道安全运行具有重要意义。迄今,关于蜡沉积物性质的研究较少,导致现场清管作业严重依靠经验。阐述了两种最常用于研究蜡沉积物性质的实验装置的主要原理及特点,分析了冷指装置、环道装置在不同流场条件下的原油组成以及流动条件对蜡沉积物性质和形态的影响。结合原油管道蜡沉积物性质的研究现状,提出了未来研究的方向,可为进一步明确原油管道内蜡沉积物性质提供参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Wax deposition is the most serious problem influencing the flow of waxy crude oil in pipelines. Thus, study on the properties of wax deposit is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of crude oil pipeline. So far, little research on the properties of wax deposit has been conducted, resulting in that field pigging operation has to rely on the experience. Herein, the main principles and characteristics of two testing apparatus most commonly used to study the properties of wax deposit were described, and the effect of crude oil composition and flow conditions on the properties and morphology of wax deposit were analyzed under different flow field conditions of cold finger and flow loop. Based on the status of research on the properties of wax deposit in waxy crude oil pipeline, the future research orientations were proposed to provide reference for further clarifying the properties of wax deposit in crude oil pipelines.
