Construction technology of Internet of Things network layer for intelligent pipelines

  • 摘要: 随着国家工业4.0的发展规划,油气管道不断向智能化建设、运行管理发展,智能管道实现的前提是实现油气管道各部件的标识、状态、位置及环境状态的信息采集,进而通过计算判断和指令控制。而所有这些信息的采集和指令的传送均离不开物联网,物联网网络层构建包括多种通信技术,需根据数据的传输带宽、实时性、可靠性要求以及传输距离等要求来确定。目前常用的光纤通信、卫星通信、微波接力通信等传统通信技术无法满足油气管道智能化建设中的海量监测及监测数据的传输需求,新兴的无线物联网传输技术如NB-IoT、LORA、ZigBee、北斗短报文等技术将在智能管道物联网网络层构建中发挥重要作用。

     

    Abstract: With the development and planning of national Industry 4.0, the oil and gas pipelines are developing towards the intelligent construction and operation management. The intelligent pipelines can be realized through the calculation-based judgment and command control, provided that the information on the identification, status, location and environmental status of each component of the oil and gas pipelines is collected. However, both of the information collection and the command transmission are inseparable from the Internet of Things (IoT). As for the construction of the IoT network layer, a variety of communication technologies are involved, which are mainly determined according to the requirements of the bandwidth, real-time and the reliability of data transmission, as well as the transmission distance. Currently, the traditional communication technologies, such as the optical fiber communication, satellite communication and microwave relay communication, cannot meet the requirements of the massive monitoring and monitoring data transmission in the construction of intelligent oil and gas pipelines. Thus, the emerging wireless IoT transmission technologies such as NB-IoT, LORA, ZigBee, Beidou short message and other technologies will play an important role in the construction of IoT network layer for intelligent pipelines.
