海外油气田集输管道设计水压试验标准探讨

Discussion on design standards of hydrostatic testing of gathering pipelines in oversea oil and gas fields

  • 摘要: 能源合作是“一带一路”倡议的先驱和主要引擎。在过去10年间,中国石油企业在“一带一路”沿线国家及海外其他国家开展了上百个油气合作项目并取得丰硕成果,工程技术服务及建设便是油气合作的重要组成部分。作为油气管道建设最主要的内容,水压试验是验证油气管道完整性最常用的方法。基于中东、非洲等油气合作项目中油气田集输管道设计经验,梳理了常用的美国机械工程师协会、美国石油学会、国际标准化组织、英国标准协会、伊朗石油标准、沙特阿美、阿布扎比国家石油公司、壳牌、道达尔、英国石油等国际组织和石油企业的13项水压试验标准,对比分析了水质、强度与严密性试压压力以及稳压时间等要求,研究结果可为海外油气田集输管道设计及施工提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Energy cooperation is the forerunner and main engine of the Belt and Road Initiative. In the past ten years, hundreds of oil and gas cooperation projects have been operated in the countries along the Belt and Road and other countries by Chinese petroleum companies, with fruitful results achieved. The technical service and engineering construction is an important part of the cooperation. As the most important content for construction of oil and gas pipeline, hydrostatic testing is a most common method for verification of pipeline integrity. Based on the design experience of gathering pipelines in the oil and gas fields of the cooperation projects in Middle East and Africa, the 13 hydrostatic testing standards of the international organizations and petroleum corporations such as ASME, API, ISO, BSI, IPS, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, Shell, Total and BP were sorted out, and the requirements for the test pressure and pressure holding time of the water quality test, strength test and tightness test were compared and analyzed. The research results are expected to provide reference for the design and construction of gathering pipelines in oversea oil and gas fields.
