西部成品油管道柴油输送质量的影响因素

Factors affecting the diesel transport quality of Western Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 长输管道在输送柴油的过程中,柴油质量会随着输送里程的增加而不断降低。以西部成品油管道为例,通过批次跟踪及取样测试的方法,对柴油输送质量的影响因素进行了研究。表明:0#柴油、-35#柴油到达末站时的闪点衰减平均值分别为5.75℃、3℃,建议0#柴油、-35#柴油最低进线闪点值分别为66℃、48℃;在顺序输送过程中,相邻油品性质差异较大时,柴油质量降低程度较高;管道的停输时间越长,柴油质量降低程度越高,建议减少管道停输时间;管道中的杂质会造成柴油输送质量下降,定期进行清管作业有助于提高管输柴油质量;当管道运行流量大于临界流量时,管道流量变化对柴油输送质量的影响不显著。研究成果可为长输成品油管道的经济高效运行提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: For diesel transported by long-distance pipeline, its quality decreases with the increase of transportation distance. Here, the factors affecting the diesel transport quality of the Western Products Pipeline were studied through batch tracking and sampling test. The results show that the average flash point attenuation of 0# and -35# diesel at the terminal station are 5.75 ℃ and 3 ℃, respectively. Thus, the recommended minimum flash point of 0# and -35# diesel filled into the pipeline should be 66 ℃ and 48 ℃, respectively. In the case of batch transportation, the quality attenuation of diesel is relatively serious due to the great difference of the quality between adjacent oil products, and the quality of diesel attenuates more seriously with the increasing shutdown time of pipeline. Hence, the shutdown of pipeline should be minimized. The impurities in the pipeline can also result in the quality decrease of diesel transported. So, regular pipeline pigging is conductive to improving the quality of pipeline diesel. Additionally, change of pipeline flow, which is greater than the critical flow, has little influence on the quality of diesel transported. Conclusively, the research results could provide theoretical reference for economic and efficient operation of long-distance products pipelines.
