渤海油气田单层保温管的腐蚀因素

Corrosion factors of single-layer insulation pipeline in Bohai Oil & Gas Field

  • 摘要: 单层保温管具有造价低、铺设速度快等优势,在渤海油气田中应用广泛。某些单层保温管投入运营后,短时间内出现严重腐蚀,给管道运营带来隐患。介绍了单层保温管的结构形式、特点及在渤海地区的应用状况,针对渤海油气田几条单层保温管内检测发现的腐蚀问题,研究了单层保温管的腐蚀典型特点和规律,从管道设计、预制、铺设等环节以及作业管理、质量控制、腐蚀机理等方面进行探讨,解释了单层保温管腐蚀加速的原因。提出采用新的补口技术,加强施工质量控制,建立完善的腐蚀监测和定期通球机制,加强对管道状况的实时监测,实施对管道全生命周期的完整性管理等建议,从而保证油气田生产运营的安全。

     

    Abstract: The single-layer insulation pipelines are widely applied in Bohai Oil & Gas Field due to advantages of low costand quick installation. Some single-layer insulation pipelines, after being put into operation, were seriously corroded withina short time, which brought risks to the operation of pipeline. Herein, the structure and characteristics of the single-layerinsulation pipeline, as well as its application in Bohai were introduced, and based on the corrosion problems of the severalsingle-layer insulation pipelines of Bohai Oil & Gas Field found during inline inspection, the typical characteristics and rulesof corrosion of the single-layer insulation pipeline were analyzed. Moreover, discussion was carried out in terms of pipelinedesign, prefabrication and installation, as well as its operation management, quality control and corrosion mechanism, andthe causes accelerating corrosion of single-layer insulation pipeline were explained. Finally, suggestions were put forwardto adopt the new field joint coating technique, strengthen construction quality control, establish the perfect corrosionmonitoring and regular pigging mechanism, strengthen the real-time monitoring of pipeline condition and implementintegrity management of pipeline in its full life cycle to ensure the safety of oil and gas field production and operation.
