中国海底管道完整性评价技术发展现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of submarine pipeline integrity evaluation in China

  • 摘要: 海底管道的服役条件苛刻,对其监测、维修的难度大,事故后果严重。为了保障海底管道安全运行,通过调研国内外海底管道完整性评价的发展现状,分别从海底管道整体建设情况、多种安全评价体系、完整性标准等方面论述了国内外的研究进展。结合中国海底管道服役条件、运行特点,针对国内海底管道管理模式不健全、完整性评价技术薄弱、评价标准尚不完备等一系列问题,提出了中国海底管道完整性评价的研究路线及发展趋势:尽快实现对海底管道各种失效模式的评估分析、海底管道完整性评价,并建立海底管道完整性评价体系。研究成果可为海底管道的安全运行提供参考,对于中国海底管道完整性评价的发展具有指导作用。

     

    Abstract: As the service condition is harsh, the submarine pipeline is hard to be monitored and maintained. Therefore, oncean accident occurs, the consequence will be very serious. In order to ensure the safe operation of submarine pipelines, thedomestic and international research progress of submarine pipeline integrity evaluation technology was discussed from theaspects of the overall construction of the submarine pipelines, various safety evaluation systems and integrity standardsthrough the study on current situation of submarine pipeline integrity evaluation. At the same time, considering the serviceconditions and operation characteristics of submarine pipeline in China, the study route and development trend was definedbased on a series of problems such as the unsound submarine pipeline management mode, weak integrity evaluation technologyand inadequate standards in China, to realize the evaluation and analysis of various failure modes and the integrity evaluation ofthe submarine pipeline as soon as possible, and to establish an integrity evaluation system of submarine pipeline. The researchresults could provide references for the safe and reliable operation of the submarine pipelines and have a guiding effect on thedevelopment of submarine pipeline integrity evaluation in China.
