局部抛石法治理海管悬空试验与实践

Test and practice of submarine pipeline suspension treatment with local rock dumping method

  • 摘要: 针对某作业区油气管道悬空问题,作业公司曾采取多种治理方案,均出现了不同程度的失效。在总结国内外悬空治理方案的基础上,提出了局部抛石治理海管悬空的方法,即在管道悬空段某位置进行局部抛石,形成支撑,使悬空段一分为二,从而达到治理目的。针对局部抛石方法设计了水池试验,掌握了流体对局部石堆的破坏机理,得到了各设计石堆的失稳流速,为局部抛石治理管道悬空实践提供了试验依据。考虑到水池试验的局限性,作业公司选取某一悬空段进行了海上局部抛石实践,结合水池试验和海上抛石实践共同研究局部抛石的可靠性,研究结果表明局部抛石石堆稳固可靠,可以用于海管悬空治理。

     

    Abstract: For the suspension of submarine oil and gas pipeline in an operation area, a variety of treatment method wasadopted by the operator and failure occurred in different degrees. Based on the summary of pipeline suspension treatment athome and abroad, local rock dumping method was put forward for submarine pipeline suspension treatment. Definitely, themethod is to dump rock locally at the place where pipeline suspension occurs to form support and to divide the suspensionsection into two parts for the purpose of pipeline suspension treatment. For local rock dumping method, a pool test wasdesigned and through a series of pool tests, the damaging mechanism of flow to local rock pile was understood and theinstability flow speed for each designed rock pile was obtained, which provides test basis for practice of treating pipelinesuspension with local rock dumping method. Considering the limitation of pool test, the operator selected a submarinesuspension segment for practice with local rock dumping method and the reliability of local rock dumping was researched incombination with the pool test and the offshore rock dumping practice. The results show that the rock pile dumped locally is stable and reliable, and it can be used to treat the submarine pipeline suspension.
