调节型电液执行机构的研制与应用

Development and application of adjustable electro-hydraulic actuator

  • 摘要: 针对输油管道调节型电液执行机构依赖进口的现状,为保障国家能源安全,提高管道行业效益,促进民族工业发展,开展了调节型电液执行机构国产化工作。梳理了国内外技术现状,针对管道行业特点,应用液压回路独特设计技术、双闭环PID控制技术、非接触式高精度磁致伸缩位移测量技术等,研制了双动力系统的调节型电液执行机构,并先后在庆铁四线梨树、林源等输油站进行了工业性示范应用。通过工厂测试、现场工业性试验及应用结果表明:国产化调节型电液执行机构在性能上与进口产品差距不大。研究结果为后续进一步提升国产调节型电液执行机构的性能提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the current situation that adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators for pipeline depend on import, effortshave been made to the localization of adjustable electro-hydraulic actuator to guarantee the safety of national energy, toimprove the benefits of pipeline industry and to promote the development of national industry in China. The technical statusat home and abroad was sorted out, and based on the characteristics of pipeline industry, the adjustable electro-hydraulicactuator with dual power system was developed with the unique design technology of hydraulic loop, double closed loopPID control technology and non-contact high-precision measuring technology of magnetostrictive displacement, of whichthe industrial demonstration application was carried out in the oil stations such as Lishu Station and Linyuan Station ofDaqing-Tileling IV Pipeline. The results of factory test, field industrial test and application indicate that only little gap existsbetween the domestic and imported adjustable electro-hydraulic actuators in performance. The study results also providereference to further improve the performance of domestic adjustable electro-hydraulic actuator in future.
