阿赛线改造工程不停输施工方法

Construction method for Aershan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline Reconstruction Project under non-stop transmission condition

  • 摘要: 针对原油管道在不停输工况下进行站外管道整体更换的问题,依托站场原有设备,通过修建临时流程将新、旧管道分别与站场设备相连接,保证新、旧两条管道同时运行,从而实现旧管道在不停输的情况下整体更换为新管道的目的。以阿赛线261 km原油管道不停输成功换管为例,阐述了临时流程设置的必要性、设计原则及实施方法。从新管道预热流程、新管道投油流程、旧管道水置换油及投产过程中不停输实施方法等方面对新管道的投产过程进行了研究,并详细描述了新建管道与站内流程的连接方式及旧管道在站内的拆除方式,最终得出了原油管道不停输整体更换管道的具体实施方法,可在保证新管道安全投用的基础上妥善处置旧管道。

     

    Abstract: To replace the crude oil pipeline outside the station without shutdown, it was proposed to line up the original and additional pipelines, respectively, with the station equipment by building the temporary process upon the original equipment of the station. This allows parallel operation of the original and additional pipelines to attain the goal of replacing original pipelines with the new ones under non-stop transmission condition. Based on the successful case of the 261 km-long Aershan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline, the necessity, design principles and implementation methods of the temporary process setting were studied. The commissioning process of the new pipeline was also studied from the following aspects: preheating process of the new pipeline, oil in-service process of the new pipeline, replacement of oil in the original pipeline with water, the non-stop transmission implementation method during commissioning, etc. The connection mode between new pipelines and station processes and the dismantling mode of the original pipeline were described in detail. The concrete implementation method of replacing the whole crude oil pipeline under non-stop transmission condition was obtained, and the original pipeline was properly disposed of while assuring the safe operation of the new pipeline.
