Contents and technical requirements for overhaul of Ruhr pumps

  • 摘要: 随着鄯兰原油管道投产运行时间的增加,鲁尔泵面临大修,需要有明确的技术要求指导鲁尔泵大修作业。根据鲁尔泵结构特点,分析了大修过程中各结构检修要点与检修依据,结合鲁尔泵转子结构特点、机械密封结构与技术要求、轴承结构参数等,总结了鲁尔泵大修内容,明确了鲁尔泵的检修技术要求,叶轮、机械密封、轴向位移等的调整方法与技术要求,以及大修作业中应注意的其他问题。应用结果表明:大修完成后,鲁尔泵振动量有效降低,运行参数较大修前明显提升,对于鲁尔泵机组和离心泵机组开展大修作业具有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: With the extension of service period of Shanshan-Lanzhou Oil Pipeline, Ruhrp pumps needed overhauling, for which the guidance of specific technical requirements would be required. According to the structural characteristics of Ruhr pumps, the key points and basis of overhaul of each structure were analyzed. Based on the structural characteristics of Ruhr pump rotor, the structural and technical requirements of the mechanical seal and structural parameters of the bearing, etc., the contents and technical requirements for overhaul of Ruhr pumps were summarized, the adjustment methods and technical requirements of impeller, mechanical seal, axial displacement, etc. as well as other points of focus in overhaul operation were specified. The application results show that after overhaul, the vibration of Ruhr pump is effectively reduced, and the operation parameters are obviously improved compared with those before the overhaul. It is supposed to provide some reference for the overhaul of Ruhr pump units and the centrifugal pump units.
