Application of Beidou positioning technology in pipeline geological hazard monitoring and early warning

  • 摘要: 利用北斗定位技术实现油气管道沿线地质灾害的监测与预警,以期减少地质灾害对油气管道造成的威胁与破坏。以华中成品油管道江西处、抚州处、湖南处的成品油管道区段为研究区,利用国产高分遥感影像对地质灾害风险点进行高精度自动识别,并辅以人工目视解译方法进行纠正,将识别结果作为现场调查的基础资料。基于北斗定位技术设计了微位移监测装置,结合高精度定位数据处理技术方法,对地质灾害风险点的坡体位移进行实时监测。结合研究区前期有效降雨量与预报降雨量建立了地质灾害预警模型,通过手机预警APP按输油处、输油站分级分权限推送红、橙、黄、蓝4个等级的预警信息。研究结果可为油气管道地质灾害实时监测与预警的智能化应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Beidou positioning technology is used for monitoring and early warning of geological hazards along the oil and gas pipeline to minimize the threat and damage to oil and gas pipelines. The pipeline sections of Central China Product Pipeline under the jurisdiction of Jiangxi, Fuzhou and Hunan oil transportation departments were selected as research target areas, where the geological hazard risk points were automatically identified in high precision by domestic highresolution remote sensing image and corrected with manual visual interpretation method. The identification results can be used as the basic data for field investigation. The micrometric displacement monitoring device based on Beidou positioning technology was designed, and the slope displacement at geological hazard risk points was monitored in real time combined with high-precision positioning data processing technology. Based on the previous effective rainfall and forecast rainfall in research target areas, the geological hazard early warning model was built. Depending upon different oil transportation departments and stations, the model allows mobile early warning APP to push red, orange, yellow and blue early warning information at different levels and with different authorities. The research results are expected to provide some references for the intelligent application of real-time monitoring and early warning of geological hazards along the oil and gas pipeline.
