不同类型盐岩水溶特征实验

Experiment on soluble properties of different types of salt rocks

  • 摘要: 中国盐岩地层夹层多、杂质含量高,由于不同地区、不同类型盐岩杂质含量和成岩条件的差异,其水溶特性也会存在差异,从而对盐穴储气库建设中的溶腔速率、造腔形态控制等带来影响。选取平顶山、淮安、安宁3个地区的典型盐岩样品,通过对不同类型盐岩的组分和水溶实验的分析表明:盐岩在低浓度盐水中的溶蚀速率较快,注入清水后5~10 h内,溶液浓度增长迅速,随着卤水浓度的增大,溶蚀速率降低,溶液浓度增长速率减缓。比较不同地区盐岩溶蚀结果,安宁盐岩较平顶山和淮安盐岩的溶蚀速率更快,更易溶蚀。对于杂质含量相对不高(水不溶物质量分数少于40%)且分布较均匀的盐岩和含泥盐岩,其杂质含量对溶蚀速率影响不大,而不溶物含量高的含盐泥岩和钙芒硝岩则溶蚀速率低,较难溶蚀。研究结果对盐穴储气库的溶腔方案设计和现场施工具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Salt strata in China are characterized by multiple interbeds and high impurity content. Due to the different impurity contents and diagenetic conditions of different types of salt rocks in different regions, the soluble properties of the salt rocks vary, which further affect the solution mining rate and the morphology control in cavity construction of salt cavern gas storage. Typical salt rock samples from Pingdingshan, Huai'an and Anning were selected to conduct composition and water solubility experiments on different types of salt rock. The results show that the dissolution rate of salt rock in low concentration brine is faster, and the solution concentration increases rapidly within 5-10 h after injection of clean water, but with the increase of brine concentration, the dissolution rate decreases and the solution concentration growth rate slows down. Comparing the dissolution results of salt rocks in different regions, it can be learnt that Anning salt rocks have faster dissolution rate, and are easier to dissolve than Pingdingshan and Huai'an salt rocks. For salt rocks and mud-containing salt rocks with low impurity content (less than 40% of water insoluble matter) and uniform distribution, the impurity content has little effect on corrosion rate, while the salt-containing mud rocks and glauberite rocks with high insoluble matter content have low corrosion rate and are difficult to be dissolved. The research results are of great guiding significance for the solution mining cavity scheme design and site construction of salt cavern gas storage.
