老油田滚动开发过程中的集输管网拓扑优化

Optimization of gathering pipeline network topology in rolling development of old oilfields

  • 摘要: 针对老油田开发后期旧区块井口加密和新区块新井接入导致的管网拓扑结构变化问题,建立了集输管网滚动开发的布局优化模型。模型考虑了管道水力和计量站计量能力的约束,以新建管道的总长度最短为目标函数,采用改良的Prime算法对模型进行求解,实现了老油田滚动开发过程中的管网拓扑优化。以某老油田为例,对其滚动开发中管网连接结构进行计算,得到了优化后的集输管网拓扑结构、新建管道长度、新建计量站的位置及个数,并与文献的优化结果进行对比分析,验证了优化模型和算法的适用性和可靠性,可为老油田滚动开发过程中集输管网的设计提供相关指导。

     

    Abstract: The layout optimization model for rolling development of gathering pipeline network was built against the problem of network topology changes caused by the increasing wellheads in old blocks and the new wells addition in new blocks in the late development of old oil fields. Taking into consideration the constraints of pipeline hydraulics and metering capacity of metering stations in the model, the improved Prime algorithm was adopted to solve the model with the shortest total length of newly-constructed pipelines as the objective function, and therefore complete the topology optimization of the pipeline network in the rolling development process of the old oil fields. Finally, the connection structure of the pipeline network in the rolling development of an old oil field was calculated, and the optimized topology structure of the gathering pipeline network, the length of new pipelines, the location and number of new metering stations were obtained. After comparing and analyzing the optimization results with the literature, the applicability and reliability of the model and algorithm were well verified that they could provide relevant guidance for the design of the gathering pipeline network in the rolling development of the old oil field.
