中俄东线天然气管道贸易交接点仿真软件研发

Development of simulation software for custody transfer points of China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了满足中国和俄罗斯双方对中俄东线天然气管道工程管输天然气的贸易需求, 有效模拟管道过境段贸易交接点的管道特性参数及其变化趋势, 实现日平均交接点压力及日最低交接点压力的计算与判定功能, 根据两国协议拟定的水力、热力计算基本公式及气体状态方程, 建立数学模型, 利用牛顿迭代法对管道粗糙度及环境换热系数进行自适应校正, 中国研发了具有自主知识产权的交接点压力与温度仿真计算软件。将软件仿真结果与俄罗斯软件仿真结果进行对比, 结果表明: 软件计算精度满足中俄东线天然气管道工程相关协议要求, 证明了软件计算结果的可靠性, 因而实现了中俄东线天然气管道工程贸易交接点工艺参数的仿真计算, 可对中俄东线的天然气贸易交接进行监督与管控。

     

    Abstract: To meet the trade demand of China and Russia for pipeline gas of China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project, effectively simulate the pipeline characteristic parameters and their changing trends at the custody transfer point of the pipeline crossing section, and achieve the calculation and judgment on the daily average custody transfer pressure and the daily minimum custody transfer pressure, the mathematical model was established according to the basic formulas and state equations for hydraulic calculation and thermal calculation stimulated in the agreement between the two countries.Newton iteration method was used to perform the adaptive correction on the pipeline roughness and the environmental heat transfer coefficient, and the software with independent intellectual property rights for the simulation and calculation of pressure and temperature at the transfer point was developed in China.Comparing the software simulation results with the Russian software simulation results, it can be concluded that the software calculation accuracy meets the requirements of the relevant agreements of China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project, demonstrating the reliability of the software calculation results.Therefore, the software is capable of simulating and calculating the process parameters at the custody transfer point of China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project, as well as the supervision and control of the natural gas custody transfer.
