通用成品油管道调度模型建立及求解

Model establishment and solution of general product pipeline scheduling

  • 摘要: 中国成品油管道沿线各站场卸载油品的工艺模式大致分为连续分输、定流量分输、不定流量分输、自主计划4种, 各管道应用的软件都有工艺适应局限性。基于以上4种卸载工艺, 考虑水力、流量、物料平衡、批次注入、批次分输、批次运移等约束条件, 建立通用成品油管道调度计划编制模型, 开发了相应软件, 并成功应用于某成品油管道。结果表明: 该模型能够适应4种卸载工艺条件, 依据站场的注入计划和下载需求可自动求解出批次分输计划, 从而制定出符合管道配置, 且与用户实际需求偏差最小的调度计划。与现场数据进行对比, 偏差在7.3‰以内, 验证了模型的准确性和软件的通用性, 可为中国成品油管道调度提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The technical patterns for unloading of oil products at various stations along product pipelines in China can be roughly divided into four types: continuous distribution, constant flow distribution, variable flow distribution and independent planning.There are technical adaptation limits for the software applied in each pipeline.Based on the above four unloading techniques, the general product pipeline scheduling model was established with consideration to the constraints of hydraulics, flow, mass balance, batch injection, batch distribution, batch transfer, etc., and the corresponding software was developed and successfully applied to a product pipeline.The results show that the model is adapted to four kinds of unloading technical conditions.The batch distribution plan can be automatically solved according to the injection plan and downloading demand of the station, and the scheduling plan that conforms to the pipeline configuration and is less deviated from the actual demand of users can be developed.Compared with the field data, the deviation is within 7.3‰, which verifies the accuracy of the model and the universality of the software.The research can provide reference for China's product pipeline scheduling.
