成品油油流携水机理研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of water displacement by flowing product oil

  • 摘要: 成品油管道低洼处积水引起的腐蚀产物经常会堵塞干线设备, 利用油流剪切、冲刷低洼处积水进而将其排出管道是减少管道腐蚀、防止管道堵塞的有效方法。从试验研究、理论分析及数值模拟等方面, 对成品油油流携水时积水流动特征、积水运动速度、积水可被携带的临界条件、临界条件的影响因素与规律等方面的研究进展进行了总结, 分析了目前研究中存在的问题, 并提出应在更大速度范围(0.57~1.53 m/s)内进行积水分布特征及积水运动速度的试验研究; 此外, 还应研究水相预润湿后的钢管转变为恒定油润湿时的临界条件。研究成果对排除管内积液、杂质有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Corrosion products caused by accumulated water in low places of the product oil pipeline often lead to trunk line equipment blockage.It is an effective method to reduce the corrosion of product oil pipeline and prevent the pipeline blockage by oil flow shear to flush the accumulated water in low places and discharge it out of the pipeline.The research progress on the accumulated water flow characteristics, the accumulated water movement speed, the critical conditions under which accumulated water can be displaced, the influencing factors and rules of critical conditions were summarized, from the aspects of experimental research, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The existing problems in the current research were analyzed, and it was proposed that the experimental research on the distribution characteristics and movement speed of accumulated water should be carried out in a wider speed range(0.57–1.53 m/s).In addition, the critical conditions for the transformation from pipes pre-wetted with water to constant oil-wetting pipes should also be studied.The research results have guiding significance to discharging the accumulated water and impurities.
