智慧管网主要特征与建设构想

Main characteristics and construction conception of intelligent pipeline network

  • 摘要: 针对目前在智慧管网建设方面存在定义不清、认识不统一的问题, 基于现有文献提出的智慧管网定义, 从智慧系统感知、分析、决策、处置4个环节应该具备的功能出发, 给出了智慧管网定义: 充分利用信息技术和人工智能技术, 在尽可能减少管网运行中人的体力和脑力劳动的前提下, 实现对管道状态的全面智能感知和自主分析计算, 具备对管网运营各类生产需求和异常事件的自主决策和处置能力, 能够对管网的安全和运行状态做出快速、灵活、准确的判断和响应, 实现管网全生命周期安全环保水平最高和运营效益最优的目标。借鉴智能制造能力成熟度模型中智能维的5要素及现有智慧管网研究成果, 明确了智慧管网应具备的5大特征为业务智能化、数据统一化、信息互通化、状态可视化及知识网络化, 并以此为依据, 提出了智慧管网的建设构想。

     

    Abstract: At present, the problems of unclear definition and inconsistent understanding exist in the construction of intelligent pipeline network.Based on the definition of intelligent pipeline network proposed in the existing literatures, the following definition of intelligent pipeline network was given from the functions that the intelligent system should have in the four aspects of perception, analysis, decision-making and disposal.Intelligent pipeline network refers to the comprehensive intelligent perception, independent analysis and calculation of the pipeline state by making full use of information technology and artificial intelligence technology on the premise of minimizing the physical and intellectual activities of people in the operation of the pipeline network.Therefore, it has the ability of independent decision-making and disposal of various production needs and abnormal events in the operation of the pipeline network, allowing a quick, flexible and accurate judgment and response to the safety and operation status of the pipeline network, thus achieving the goals of the highest safety and environmental protection level and the best operation benefit in the full life cycle of the pipeline network.Referring to the five elements of intelligent dimension in the maturity model of intelligent manufacturing capability and the existing research results of intelligent pipeline network, the five characteristics of intelligent pipeline network were cleared, i.e., business intelligentization, data unification, information intercommunication, state visualization and knowledge networking.Based on this, the construction conception of intelligent pipeline network was put forward.
