基于光纤传感的管道线路复杂状态监测技术
Monitoring technology for complex state of pipeline route based on optical fiber sensing

摘要: 利用通信光纤感知管道沿线的振动、应变、温度, 实现管道沿线威胁事件的监测与定位是国内外研究的热点, 但将3种感知数据融合应用仍然处于探索阶段。基于光纤传感原理, 提出了管道伴行光缆振动、应变、温度联合监测的方法: 利用振动数据进行长度对齐、第三方活动监测, 应变数据进行侧向位移监测, 温度数据进行泄漏监测等运行异常分析, 多维监测数据经过空间长度对准、时间对齐后进行联合分析、交互验证, 能够进一步降低误报率。3种感知数据的融合应用能够实现管道复杂环境的线路状态感知, 可为管道安全运行提供决策支持。Abstract: It has been a hot research topic at home and abroad to sense the vibration, strain and temperature by communication optical fibers, so as to monitor and position the threat events along the pipeline, but how to realize the fusion and application of the sensed data is still in the exploration stage. Based on the principle of optical fiber sensing, the joint monitoring method for vibration, strain and temperature of optical cables accompanying the pipeline was proposed. Vibration data can be used for length alignment and third-party activity monitoring, the strain data for lateral displacement monitoring and temperature data for leakage monitoring and other abnormal operation analysis. The multi-dimensional monitoring data are subjected to joint analysis and interactive verification after spatial length alignment and time alignment, so that the false alarm rate can be further reduced. The fusion and application of 3 kinds of sensed data could realize the sensing of pipeline state under complex conditions and provide technical support for safe operation of pipelines.
